Before you ask the same question as many have before you…read this.
Q: Why does it take so long for a body shell to come out?

A: The reason it takes so long for each new model to appear are several. Mostly because of our commitment to produce only the finest part available on the market. In order to do that, it takes time to not only make the parts that will become components, but, to make sure they all jig and fit together for welding producing a product that requires minimal body work to finish a project. Because a great deal of the parts we use for each body shell are also sold as parts, it is paramount to us to insure the fit and quality of each and every part used during the assembly of the body shells.

Q: Why can't you just make different models?

A: The answer is licensing. As every body shell we manufactured has to done under meticulous standards set by GM/Saab and licensed by either General Motors or FORD, the licensing process can be considerable and expensive. Consequently; the models selected, are selected for their popularity and the general consensus of their ability to sell. Whereas, you may feel; if we made a 1967 Buick Electra 225 Limited body shell it would be a great seller because that's what you want. In reality, there really wouldn't be much of a market for them. We have to choose each model one a t a time and never with a coin toss.
